It is hard to explain- the way I do things, and how a deal is formed…it takes a lot of describing ,dreaming…what the value of this is and how much time it takes to do such and such a thing.

The customer will ask ‘How long will something take to do?’

I tell them I never know, because it is so hard to tell.  But we are pretty fast considering…..
